Respected sir ,
I am parakh sharma I had filed a case against a online medicine app company and have submitted all proof against them .case was filed 5 months ago in indore consumer court and I was a student at that time and hence always able to attend dates of courts but now I have completed my education and return back to my home town uttrakhand , the problem is now I am not be able to attend dates of court as it's in indore and thus suffering mentally problem about this situation and thus I want to withdraw my case because I will not be able to go there every time thus I want to take advice now . Is there any solution by which I can withdraw my case without any negative effect on me or any kind of fine or penalty. Thank you

I just want to get rid of this case , I am just tired of going up and down please help me . Basically I have all the proof and I am right but I now can't tolerate this please please please help me I am a student only and want to focus towards my future but I can't concentrate In my studies and other positive factor

If you feel so strong about your complaint and do not want the offenders to get scot free engage a local lawyer in Indore, you need not visit/attend Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum proceeding.

Procedure for taking help , they are so busy that they don't even talk to me ., I mean i never got satisfactory reply from them. Even once they lost my case file in which I have help them to search it it in there office . And even on the official date they said come tomorrow I came next day again they said come tomorrow your file is meshed up and will search for it . So I can help them to search
No result till yet I am tired now .
In confidence as a aam aadmi power I had filed the case but if I had I knew that this will happen I will never filed that case .
What will happen if if I don't appear for next dates.???

I have two options
1.) Quit the case by withdrawing it , but I don't know what will be the negative impact on me
2.) Don't go to the dates as I don't have such money to go there and spend for accommodation and travelling .
I am just a student but I am a topper in my university .
Can any1 suggest me better idea or advice by which I can take a good breath and relax

If you do not attend, forum would dismiss your complaint. You can opt this.
You can arrange for some lawyer, he can appear on your behalf. You have to pay professional charges of lawyer which may not be compensating your expenses.
You can withdraw your complaint.
