Dear sir /mam i want call details of my wife cell phone i went to police station to give complaint they are telling onces the case is in court we cannot take complaint i got doubt on here she is in contact with some one she is listening to his words if i call here also she is not coming with me because people who has here with someone are telling me that she is in contact with him that's y she is not coming how to get call records of here please help me

You can not get call details of a third party, even if she is your wife.

Well advised by experts, I agree.
You cannot have access to call details of third party till you are allowed by Court in some case, where the Court finds that the details are vital and necessary to decide the case.

If you have submitted documents contening your name n adress, and the sim is issued in your name, then even though phone used by your wife, u can get the call details, but not call records. U will get persons contact number, where it can b traced out for other purpose too.
