Buying online

(Querist) 30 January 2015 This query is : Resolved
I am to BUY a MUSICAL INSTRUMENT. this COSTS about 18,500/- if buoght ONLINE ; but I doubt whether this can give me LEGAL OWNERSHIP for the article ? The INVOICE sent along with the article is usually "COMPUTER GENERATED" and at the bottom there a remark saying "This is a computer generated Invoice and Signature is not required. Will somebody give me a clear idea whether such an INVOICE gives me a LEGAL OWNERSHIP for the article ? Please reply . Thanks .--- Dr.JOSHI. 30-01-'15

it gives you legal ownership of instrument . buy it from reputed online site like amazon or flipkart

Depends upon genuineness of and the standard of the website. In general TOC of the website gives the true picture of the articles sold through the online purchase site. But, while purchasing online, nobody generally goes through lengthy terms & conditions of the website. So, better open the TOC to guess whether you would be buying genuine product thrugh a genuine website.

Well advised, agree with the experts.

If the invoice is printed on your name, you will be the owner of the product, what is your doubt about it, computer generated invoice wont be having any signature however the responsibility of the seller remains.
