Award Cost of the suit

Sir,

I am for plaintiff.
In suit for recovery, there is a provision in CPC that court awards Fees of advocate in Decree. My query is :
What document should I file before court so that court may grant fees of the Advocate in Decree.

Advocate fee can be mutually decided .
No need to wait for court decree.

I know it's mutually decided but client wants it should be recovered from opposite party by including it in Decree.
