Sir we buyed a agriculture land from sc candiates since15 years back how to change that as legal is it possible or not.

you are liable to return land and not entitled to get money back.

If you are in Possession of it for more than 12 years Legally you are safe.The Possession to be Proved with evidence.Consult and discuss with Local Tehsildar or Revenue Dept.

Show all documents including terms and conditions under which the land came in possession of the SC person, to local lawyer and discuss in detail.
