An Advocate who being a Director of the Private Limited Company can appear/defend before the court on behalf of that Company?

Advocate should not pursue gainful employment. Being the Director of a Private Limited Company, his registration with bar council has to be de-registered and then only he can appear as party-in-person on behalf of the company.
