sir,
i'm writing this on behalf of my friend.here the boy an Indian (Keralite) and girl a Phillipine worked together in DUBAI and they were in a relationship and the girl gave birth to a child and the baby girl is 5 years old now.
but the boy and girl separated even before the babys birth. when the baby was 2 years the girl got married to an Australian only because of her financial circumstances but the girl and child living in phillipines alone now.they donot have any financial support from anyone. the little girls indian father is not accepting the fact that she conceived from him. but she is very sure about that. now what she should do to get atleast a financial support from the little ones real father.

Sir ,the boy is in Kerala now .till last month he was in Dubai and he also got married very recently.

First of all, in what way you are concerned with the case?
Secondly, when the incident relates to Dubai, a Gulf country, how do you expect any benefit from the Indian Laws, when laws of Dubai would prevail?

Law may not help the little girl child, only on moral grounds if the boy feel and has position to support, he can extend help.

She should consult the Advocate of her country.You take the Pain of getting the Correct and exact address of the boy.Let us not talk about her Australian matters.She could go for Legal Proceedings.The child could establish its Father by Medical Tests.Either she could come to India for a Legal battle or from there thro Indian embassy as per the advise of her Lawyers there.If possible get the Pass Port details of the Boy.

India or Philippines cannot the jurisdiction for legal suit for the incident relating to Dubai.

Dear Author,IF The Medical Test of the child Confirms its father the Law would be the same Irrespective of the Countries.Proceed Legally with the Support of Women Organisations which would Certainly help you by all means.More Over in our India the Media also would Provide you a Valid Support.

Though 5 yrs is not a long time to prove the paternity of the father,why did she keep quiet all these days.U are saying that the girl is a phillipine,and where did she marry that Australian? What happened to him?Have they separated or has he abandoned her?
DNA test of the father and the child is the only way to prove the real father.But she has to come to India to prove it,which could be quite expensive.
