I filed case against my husband and family.after settlement through police they don't gave me full amount of money in my hand they said half of money given in front of judge after withdrawal of case I want suggestion that this is right process of settlement or they making me fool that after withdrawal they don't follow the agreement?

What right way? You have already extracted money from the husband by filling false criminal complaint and now half the amount he has given in front of Police and rest they promise to pay in the court when the criminal complaint is withdrawn by you, there is nothing wrong on his part. If the criminal complaint was not settled by him by paying you, your criminal complaint would otherwise failed during prosecution and you wouldn't be able to get anything from him. Bless your stars you got the money, quietly take it and be happy. The way the some wives have taken this path of filling all sort of criminal complaints against their husband to extract money out of them doesn't give good impression about them.

Every thing is fair in love and war. The question arises, why your husband should rely on you if you are in war with him. That is more than sufficient that he has relied on you to the extent of 50% by paying you money, when you have not withdrawn your case. He would have been justified even if he would have proposed to give you the whole of the agreed amount in front of the judge.

In all the fairness of the things, get the balance of 50% of the money in front to the judge after filing application for withdrawal of your case.
