Mental harassment from seniors

Me from mumbai, working in a private limited company in pune,joined in july month as mis executive.As per company rules I should get my key responsibility area(KRA) and standard operating procedures material(SOPM). Sopm I got in august but kra still I not received till now. Due to which seniors keep giving me any work.
Early they told my work is filing then sometimes I hAve to do gre admin work now when the deadline given by MD for completion of file. They r telling my work is only doing entry in system.
And both lady boss n gentleman boss keeps telling me that I am extra cost for company.
Now lady body started using me inside the keeping despite of doing proper work, this told me that I sent mail putting cc to her boss.
Is it so that this mental harassment will keep going that they can speak to me in any language just because it is verbal n inside cAbin it is happening ?

Not a legal problem.

Problem of office culture and ego.

General trend in private concern.

It would be in your best interest to bear till get another job.

Try to have a meeting with senior boss, writing e-mails is not taken favorably.

Is there any laws says we need to call our seniors as sir or madam ?

Law for every aspect not required for office decorum / discipline usages / customs / rules.

In office or even otherwise proper respect/ regard need to be given to supervisors / seniors and to juniors also to enjoy the same in return.

What loss would you suffer by showing proper respect to seniors call them with office decorum?

It would be in best of your interest to search for another job if you are feeling difficulty in having a proper tune with your seniors / colleagues.

Law may or may not help in every aspect, the process is time and cost consuming.

Sir due to all it effected me a badly and got sick continuously so I stopped going to work with proper information given to seniors so o was on medical leaves for 14 days. Now when I joined back the Harrashment went to extreme and non cooperative nature of seniors of not approving leaves on time. So then I again waited for 7 days to approve the leaves but seniors not ready to approve so I stopped going to office. Now Hr sent me full n final letter stating that I have to pay 10000 as notice period recovery because I haven't served my notice period and Hr will take a legal action against me kindly suggest as after so much Harrashment when I stop going to office as seniors were not ready to approve my medical leaves.. What should I do ? I don't want to give money as my 19 leaves were pending and still they not approved it and now asking for the 10000 RS as recovery as notice period not served.

If you were not well, you should have sent leave application with medical certificate.

Now if the office file any case, discuss and defend the case on merits.

Sir, I mentioned that I took medical leaves after approving that from my seniors on what's App that what's App conversation I have. But when I join office and filled the leave application , seniors were not ready to approve it... That's the reason left sir

Sir, Medical certificate, prescription notes everything from doctors, I showed them. I have all proofs right now also. Need your suggestions . on this medical leaves approval n harrashment happened in past I stopped going otherwise I would have think to join again . Because after showing everything in proofs still these people are doing this. Plus these people also came in hospital to see me.

You should have send medical documents in hard form with leave application with official e-mail.

Courtesy personal visit is not sanction of leave or alternate to / replacement of official procedure.
