My brother got married to my sister in law, after i got divorced on mutual content she filed the divorce and 498 against our family. my name was also there wheras I didnt live with her any time. Can I remove my name from this case ???

If your name is also included, try to have anticipatory bail.

You can approach high court for quashing of the charges against you.

thanks Goyal ji, She filed the case in lucknow, can I approach high court in delhi for quashing the charges against me as I am living in Delhi

When the case is filed in lucknow the delhi high court will not quash it.You could only apply for a transit bail in delhi hc and all other petitions to be filed only in lucknow
