I have a power of attorney from my uncle in Australia to sell his property in India, can I sell that property thru gpa. The gpa has come thru Indian high commission in Australia, and I have also got it registered in india

The description of the file given in the post is framed wrongly. Bcoz the Judgment is a restriction upon the Transfer by Power of Attorney Sale - which means transfer which is done thro only POA which never reaches the stage of Execution of Sale
