CIRCULAR It is notified for the infonnation of all concerned that in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 145 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, Supreme Court Rules, 2013, have been made with the approval of Hon'ble the President ofIndia. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Rule (2), Rule 1 of Order I of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India has been pleased to appoint the 19th day of August, 2014 (Tuesday) as the date from which the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, shall come into force.
