SC: Alimony to be decided on husband's life status

Women are entitled to get equal share from the property of their fathers. It's become law. Once it's become law, naturally they must lose the right of Maintenance from husbands.

Women shouldn't ask for Maintenance. They claim men and women are equal. If this is so, why only are women at disadvantage when they are deserted?
