Started practice in Pune, Maharashtra in 1975 in the Chambers of Mr. R M Bapat who was subsequently elevated as Judge, Bombay High Court. Thereafter I joined the Judiciary and served as a Civil Judge for eight years after which I left to join as an equal partner in a prestigious Law Firm in Mumbai. Since 2009 I am practicing independently in Bombay High Court, mainly in Commercial Law and Banking.

I conduct Law Seminars and contribute articles on topics related to the "Science of Argumentation" in Mumbai. I also write Articles in my blog: ahmeds-lawnet.blogspot.com

I have also originated 'ARGUTECH--LEGAL', a Comprehensive Code for preparing and executing Effective Legal Arguments, which is now being expanded and refined.
