Brig. Mohan holds a Bachelor degree in Science and Law and Masters in Management Studies. He started his legal practice in August 1975 and has acquired varied experience in all legal affairs. He has also conducted Court Martial Trials in the defence forces in various capacities as Judge Advocate, Prosecutor, defending officer and member.
