In Employment and Labour Law, have wide experience in the areas of Drafting/Vetting of HR Policies/Manuals & Agreements; Drafting of Anti-Sexual Harassment Policies for companies; Conducting HR Audits; Rendering Legal opinion on various labour laws and employment matters including employment termination, consultancy for various Indian and foreign companies for creating HR structure.
On board of various companies as external member in Internal Complaints Committee with regards to prevention of sexual harassment. On regular basis conduct harassment prevention training and workshops for manager, senior managers, CEO, HR heads, Legal heads of Indian and multinational companies.
Adviseclients in their corporate & commercial transactions relating to takeovers & acquisitions; joint-ventures; fema, commercial agreements (like transfer of technology agreements, master franchise agreements, manufacturing/ supply/ procurement agreements, etc.).
Have been instrumental in preparing offer documents in association with lead managers/ merchant bankers; drafting/ reviewing of qualified institutional/ private placement offer document as per government regulations, preparation/vetting of other documents relating to euro issues (FCCB, GDR, ADR)/private placement like escrow agreements, management declarations, etc. for listing at Luxemburg, Singapore & AIM Stock Exchanges.
Handle Real Estate matters and conducting property due diligences for companies, drafting/vetting deeds/agreements viz. lease deeds, sale deeds, agreement to sell, leave and license agreements, GPAs, etc.
