I am MSW-87 from university of Rajasthan. Actually i was very much passionate to be an IAS or IPS for which i left no stone unturned but destiny does by its own way. However, I persuaded a career in the field of HR whereby I could satisfy my wish to serve society at large.I am Head of department in a 25K Crore group company my responsibilities are to look after Corporate Social Responsibilities, Recuritment, Industrial / Employees relation, training & Development of employees etc..
