I am the founding partner of The Jaipuriars, Advocates and Consultants and have handled cases in Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, various Commissions and Tribunals including NCDRC, State Forum, CDRF, CAT, CIC, NGT, Electricity Commission, CAT etc. Since my initial years of practice, I have also handled a number of cases independently and has got some remarkable judgments in my favour. One such example is the case involving the disclosure of evaluated answer sheets to the examinee in which the Supreme Court of India interpreted the provisions of the Right to Information Act to the effect that no exemptions under the Act would apply in cases where disclosure of evaluated answer sheet is sought. In this case, the Court also interpreted the term 'fiduciary relationship'. I have also handled a number of cases on varied subjects including consumer cases, environmental laws, various human rights issues, labour issues, service matters, criminal cases etc.

Prior to setting up his firm, I was also associated with Human Rights Law Network, where I headed the litigation team of its Delhi Office. I am associated with a number of Non-Government Organisations and have been representing these NGOs in Public Interest Litigations in various High Courts. I was also a part of the “Joint Inspection Team” appointed by Supreme Court of India to oversee the implementation of its orders in the case concerning tsunami affected area in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

I have been involved in numerous activities like attending conferences and seminars and has also authored a book titled 'Leading Cases on Right to Information', which was published by Socio Legal Information Centre, New Delhi (2009). My article titled "Right to Information in Judiciary in India", was published by YASHADA, Pune (2012). I have participated in a number of conferences and seminars as resource persons. I have conducted a number of training workshops for lawyers on Right to Information and was also a fellow of “India Friends Association”.
