He has exceptional knowledge and experience in Compliance with Labour & Employment Law and other Laws such as Corporate Laws; Central Excise and Taxation Matters to mention a few. He is well acquainted with the provisions of Intellectual Property Rights; SIBI Rules and Regulations apart from verification of Title Deeds, Family property partitions; Administration of Wills and so on.  He gives his considered opinion and legal advice on Constitutional rights and Writ Jurisdiction of Courts.  He is an expert in Business Laws and Procedural matters.
