I am a Retd English Professor, aged 66, besides being ortho-disabled, with my feet that have gradually lost their upward movement since the yr 2002; I had got my Ph.D;

I am a poet, a translator.

As a poet, I have composed 700 shakespearean sonnets, (on some leader -I'll let you know of 'who it is' -later- after its publication soon);

As a translator, I have translated and prepared an anthology "20 Tamil Poets-An Anthology" which will see the light of the day very soon;

and I am also a regular contributor to the Hon'ble Chief Minister M.Karunanidhi(Founder)'s Weekly "The Rising Sun".

As for litigation, I got the accused punished (1 yr imprisonment & two lakh compensation) in a cheque case; He is a Fraud, ever trying to defeat the ends of justince , by bribing the judicial officers; in the Ist trial, he bribed and won the case; I took up it to Madras HC and it remitted back; 2nd Trial took place, and he was punished; Now he has filed a criminal appeal....draging on the case, and that's why I seeking some case laws and clarifications in the internet.
