I am an M.Sc., and Ph.D., in Geology.  Retired from Mangalore University, as Professor of Marine Geology.  My interest in law is as a commoner, although, I have undergone a formal training course in 'UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA'  conducted by the International Ocean Institute, at Dalhousie University, Canada.

I argued my case relating to an Agriculture Land Dispute in the Sub-Divisional Magistrate's (Assistant Commissioner) Court successfully.
