  • Worked in Grameena Banks as General Manager in UP & Haryana on deputation
  • In charge of Disciplinary Action in Delhi, Kolkata and also in the two Grameena Banks in UP & Haryana
  • Took VRS in 2001 and set up Law Practice
  • Presently settled before High Court representing various Public Sector Banks and others for the last over 5 years.
  • Also practising before DRT, CAT, Civil Courts, Consumer Forums, Labour Courts
  • Expertise in HR, Service Matters, Industrial Disputes, Gratuity matters and Disciplinary Action - Banks (in particular)
  • Expertise in building up of Consortium Documents as Lender’s Legal Retainer 
  • CDR Documentation
  • Title Search Reports on properties to reputed Banks
  • Expertise in Documents of Conveyance - Sale Deeds, Sale Agreements, Development Agreements, GPAs, Wills, Indemnity Bonds, Affidavits etc.
