I have done research on various critical issues pertaining to the ongoing litigation and non-litigation matters and worked under different heads of law such as Companies Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Contract and Competition Act. Being a lawyer and a master law student of Corporate law, I have opted the course inter-alia includes electives and core on M&A (encompassing the preparation of due diligence reports, negotiations as well as term sheets), Commercial Contract Drafting, Corporate Governance and Competition Law.
