WORKING EXPERIENCE:-

I am having an extensive experience of approx 20 years in Advisory & Litigation in Indirect taxes i.e Service Tax, Excise & Customs besides DGFT, VAT, Arbitration, Drafting Commercial Contracts including third party contract review & legal vetting.

We appear in Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals & High Courts of India to look after show cause Notice, Appeals etc in Indirect Tax  & Advisory.

I have attended so many case matters related to Excise Personal Hearing  before Dy. Commn. / Asst. Commn. / Addl. Commn., Commissioner Appeal  of Central excise & CESTAT against C. Excise Show Cause Notice and preparation of reply thereof for legal matters. Some of them are as under:-

I ensure the legality of business practices and transactions. Working for all sizes of corporations, I help our clients and companies work within legal boundaries.

I provide legal guidance for employers and clients. I typically begin a new case by meeting with clients and trying to understand the details of the legal issue. This may include reading corporate filings and consulting with other attorneys. After assessing the issue, I typically research prior cases and look for established precedents.

I work in courtrooms and represent clients in front of a judge and jury. During a trial, I make opening and closing arguments in addition to examining and cross-examining witnesses. Although, I typically work for large companies accounting to taxation. I contract myselves out to many different firms.

Work Profile & Objective:-

v  To Conduct Internal Audit and Attending of E.A.2000 / CERA & CEO Audit and preventive teams individually time to time.

v  Co-ordination with DGFT for Export Works i.e. Advance licence and DEPB linence and fulfillment of the same etc.

v  Re of pre ship documents under advance licence / DEPB & EPCG Licence as per purchase order and liosining with CHA for passing and shipment of export consignment.
