I am a Chennai based HR consultant with 16 years of work experience, worked in IT, ITES, Construction, Investment firms and E&T. Having worked in different fields and capacities, my recently held position was HR Manager with BPO/KPO.  Besides this, I am a writer and contributing author, with a credit of having published 7 papers in University journals, 10 articles in India's best magazines for HR/Labour Act, 3 books in Tamil and several cover stories.  I concurrently take up job works like content writing, softskills training, HR Policy manual, recrutiment activities, statutory compliance and guest lectures.
