I am a retired class one gazetted officer of the government of Uttar Pradesh , department of stamp and registration. I have mostly dealt the stamp and service matters in the head quarters of the departmental head i.e. commissioner  of stamp and inspector general of registration  Uttar Pradesh . Now a days also I wish to update myself on stamp and registration matters with a view to correctly guide the persons seeking my advice . Due to some ailments and other constrants now I find myself unable to read long texts and judgments. I am M. Sc.,LL.B. from ALLAHABAD university.
