Prior to founding Sana Securities, I practiced as a capital markets attorney in London, Delhi and Mumbai where I advised companies and financial advisors in their capital raising efforts. In addition to transactional advice, you can get in touch with me for drafting and review of your commercial documents. I spend a lot of time researching stocks and consult on equity markets advisory assignments. I have considerable experience in representing companies and financial intermediaries in a variety of securities transactions including initial public offerings, rights issues, qualified institutional placements, convertible bond offerings and GDR offerings.

Education

I studied law at the University of Pune, and specialised in securities regulations at the New York University. In 2006, I started managing my own portfolio and in 2011, I got involved with investment operations on full time basis. This is all what I do now.
