Tulika Prakash has a wide experience in handling civil and criminal litigation in the High Court and the Supreme Court. She has worked for corporate entities like, Wave Industries, India T.V., Nirala Buliders Pvt. Ltd., to name a few. She is Standing Counsel of UP State Industrial Development Corporation and Yamuna Expressway Authority, in the Supreme Court .


Besides the aforesaid, her expertise lies in matrimonial matters. Women caught in the web of unending litigation, are educated about their rights by her and the main thrust is on speedier resolution of disputes, so that they can live a life of dignity and freedom. She has helped a lot of females through counselling, and mediation to re-bulid their lives.


She is Chairperson, Internal Complaints Committee, India T.V. looking into matters of sexual harassment at workplace.
