I am Advocate Krushalkumar D. Sheladiya, a practicing Advocate before the High Court of Gujarat and other courts and tribunals, with extensive experience in litigation, legal advisory, and dispute resolution.

I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Krushal Associates, a law firm established in 2010. Over the years, my professional practice has expanded across diverse areas of law, including Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Commercial and Business Disputes, Arbitration, Negotiable Instruments Act matters, Consumer Law, Family Law, Revenue Matters, Banking and Financial Disputes, Economic Offences, and matters arising under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

My practice involves appearing before the High Court of Gujarat, District and Sessions Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Commissions, Family Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. I have also been professionally involved in matters before the Supreme Court of India and other High Courts.

As an advocate, I believe that effective legal representation requires not only knowledge of law but also a detailed understanding of facts, evidence and the practical circumstances surrounding every dispute. My approach is therefore focused on careful case analysis, legal research, strategic drafting and effective representation before the appropriate forum.

Over the years, the firm has dealt with a substantial number of matters across different branches of law.

I have a particular interest in emerging developments in Indian criminal law, constitutional remedies, commercial litigation, arbitration, financial and economic offences, consumer protection and the evolving use of technology in the legal profession.

Apart from active legal practice, I am interested in legal research and writing and believe in sharing practical legal knowledge with fellow advocates, law students and members of the public.
