I, Sharda Prasad completed my  Master's from Allahabad University in 1971 followed by Bachelors in Law from University of Delhi in 1998. I have specialized in International Transport Law  and have assisted Civil Aviation Ministry first as Commissioner Civil Aviation Security 1993 to 1998 and then as subject expert in 2010-2013.I have wide experience of police working in States of Assam and Meghalaya. beginning 1973.  I have registered as Advocate with Delhi Bar Council in 2013. I have been helping common citizen's in  their difficulties connected with Policing issues. Constitutional Law and Criminal Law are my subjects of special interest. I have authored a book on  'Civil Aviation Security 'which is treated as Text book on the subject. I had drafted the Bills " Private Security Agency Regulation Bill" which has been converted into a Central Legislation. Another 2 drafts " DNA Data Banking Bill " and " Private Investigation Agency Regulation Bill " are with the Parliament at different stages.
