I am a lawyer and consultant to a web site called bankdrt.com.  I specialize in the filed of banking law, DRT Law, SRFAESI law, matters relating to Debt Restructuring, One Time Settlement Schemes, Mergers & Acquistion and matters connected with rehabilitation and revival of sick and NPA units.  My happiest moments are when I see a sick unit being saved from turning into scrap or a person's life time investment being auctioned off as Non performing Assets.  

In addition, I am part of some NGOs who offer free legal consultacy and advise to people belonging to various categories.  I participate in such Camps with my entire staff and look forward to smiles on the faces of people who never know me.
