·    Drafting different Agreements (specific to client’s requirements like Compromise Deed, Lease Agreement, Joint Development Agreement, Loan Agreement, Deed of Cancellation, Mortgage Deed, Master Facility Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, and so on)

·    Managing Labour, Human Resource, Environment and Corporate Commercial due diligence of companies and other organizations.

·    Evaluating the potential transaction, such as an Acquisition or Merger to enable the client to make a sound investment decision; executing the buy side due diligence on behalf of strategic as well as financial investor

·    Administering assessment of risks in case of Merger or Acquisition.
