my brothers wife has filed 498a,406,34,case against me and my family. she has also filed sec125 and dv case . he has a child also .she had left the house when she was pregnant. she use to fight regularly for no issues. and would call her mother all the time . like most of the cases even she fabricated the allegations and her intention is to make money.  we got bailout from both the high court and lower court recently. a month before she got a seizure notice from lower court and took away many of our belongings including some jewellery,furnitures, a/c etc. recently we came to knw about the domestic violence case when the protection officer visited our house. she claims she has no income even though i have the proof of her income of rs15000 per month.we never did anything wrong and the whole cost of marriage was borne by my parents of which we have proof. we had filed section 9(i.e restitution of conjugal rights) before.    plz help us how we should move ahead in this situation. what are the cases we can file against her.
