Dear sir or madam

case against me and family under ipc 498a, is withdrawn (aquitted ) after final settlement with lump sum, decree of divorce being order too.  i got 2nd marriage and now i have a son with whom  life is going on peacefully . however,  order of lower court again questioned in higher court  by  state govt saying that it is not satisfactory as 498a is non compoundable/ can't withdrawable. this is still running ,
my question is that is higher court appeal will interfere with  my govt. job right now ? if so how can i solve this. . kindly give suggestion immidiatly because my police varification is on process.
