Specializes in the fields of corporate law, corporate consultancy, financial advisory, regulatory practice, Indirect Taxes, Commercial litigation, mediation & alternate dispute resolution, Insurance etc. He has extensive experience in commercial laws, indirect taxes, and commercial arbitration for over 10 years during which period he has dealt with a large complex legal, commercial and financial issues and cases. He has ably handled matters involving Preventive, DRI, DGCEI, SIIB, Raids etc.


Rajansh regularly advices corporate in their strategy formulations, in devising and modulating commercial solutions in complex transactions, acquisitions, take-overs and mergers, evolving financing solutions, assisting in securities regulatory issues, joint ventures, technical collaborations etc. he also leads the Firm’s efforts and practice in Securities Exchange Board of India and Securities Appellate Tribunal. he is having an experience of over 25 years in Education & Industry. He has handled positions in Industry at level of Group CEO. He last held the position of Associate Director & Chief Company Secretary, INR 1600 Crores conglomerate M/s. Surya Pharmaceutical Limited and Head Surya World- Institutions of Academic Excellence. He has also been on the Board of companies like Surya Hi-Tech Infrastructure Limited, Surya Hi-Tech Communications Limited, Surya Envirotech Limited, and Surya Healthcare Limited. Surya Health care launched a retail chain of Wellness stores in India under the Brand name VIVA and he is one of the founders of this retail Chain in the organised sector in India.
