My ancentors have 14.3 Acre Land but cousine brother of my father accuire it through Kulkayada in 1963 , Tahsil court  gave ex-party order & the second party became owner of this land by manuculating fake documents. Due to illness of father & he died he had not appeal any where.  Is there any chance for appeal in next district court ? What is Kulkayada ? Is family of  cousine brother of my father (Second party)  can sell this property any other person ? Please Guide.
