A lawyer by profession and Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.-Finance). I have an extensive experience of 12 years in IP Management, Contract Management and Corporate Consultancy. I am also expert in legal matters related to civil suits, family litigation, labour laws and corporate litigation.

I am qualified Lawyers from Delhi University and is an active member of the Bar Council of Delhi, Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association. An avid networker I have an excellent rapport with regulators. I leverage with superb organizational ability for all delivery mandates at NAKs & Partners  (Advocate & Solicitors). 

Since inception of NAKs & Partners (Advocate & Solicitors), I have been playing a crucial role in defining new standards of Intellectual property and legal services in India. I firmly believe that education and qualitative research plays a key role in providing high standard services. In furtherance of this belief he continuously engages ourself in various national & international training programs, seminars and professional courses.

I specialize in helping Companies extract and derive optimal value from their intellectual assets and value addition through business synergies and integration. I have  specialization in Corporate, civil and family laws.
