I am an Advocate advising businesses, startups, MSMEs and individuals on a wide range of legal matters, with a focus on intellectual property, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, property matters and dispute resolution.

Over the course of my practice, I have represented and assisted clients before courts, tribunals, consumer dispute redressal commissions and statutory authorities. My work includes drafting and reviewing legal notices, contracts, policies and other commercial documentation, as well as handling trademark filings and proceedings before the Intellectual Property Registry and other competent authorities.

I also advise clients on property-related matters involving ownership, tenancy, partition and eviction, and assist businesses with regulatory and compliance requirements under Indian law.
