I am Advocate Abhishek Jat, a practicing advocate at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench at Gwalior. I completed my B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2024 and am actively engaged in legal practice with a focus on criminal law, family and matrimonial disputes, and constitutional remedies.

My practice primarily involves handling bail and anticipatory bail matters, criminal trials and appeals, matrimonial disputes including divorce and maintenance, service law issues, and writ petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. I believe in a research-driven and ethical approach to advocacy, ensuring that every matter is handled with diligence, clarity, and legal precision.

Alongside court practice, I am also a legal researcher, writer, and content creator, regularly publishing articles, case analyses, and legal updates to promote legal awareness and simplify complex legal concepts for the public. I am the founder of The Legal Bandhu, a platform dedicated to legal education and contemporary legal discourse.
