I have an experience of more than 20 years in a reputed listed public company as Company Secretary & Vice President. I have handled all legal matters connected with the corporate world including Industrial and Labour Laws.  I look at both practical and legal aspects of an issue in the background of my own experience.  This I have found to be of great advantage while advising a client.  I have also seen from my experience that litigation is not a solution for everything.  It is the human approach, understanding of the other person, valuing the sentiments, etc give real solution to problems in life.  I would be happy to share my views and experience with any one who desires to have the benefit therefrom.
