I am also Law Graduate in the year 2020 from Institute of Legal Research & Studies and enrolled with Delhi Bar Council since 2022. I am in the legal professional with an impressive tenure of more than 10 years. Litigation: Handle litigations before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies such as NCLT, NCLAT, RERA, DRT, DRAT,SEBI, SAT and NGT. I also look into Consumer Grievances & Commercial Disputes and has appeared before District Courts of Delhi & NCR, Hon’ble High Courts (Delhi, P&H), NCLT-Delhi & Chandigarh Benches, NCLAT, RERA-Haryana, DRT-Delhi, Chandigarh & DRAT, NGT, MSME-FC-Haryana and other Adjudicating Authorities including Appellate Authorities under Indirect Taxation & Commercial Courts.

Corporate Transactions: I am also support Corporates with their transactions relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Structuring, Management Dispute Resolution including Oppression & Mismanagement.

Advisory & Compliance: Render advisory on fund raising by Indian Entities from VC & PF & Offshore fundraising by Indian entities, Compliance of Indian Stock Exchange for listed entities, GST Compliances and Appeals. I also assists in obtaining licenses and ensuring compliance under regulatory frameworks such as RERA, Companies Act-2013, FEMA, FERA, RBI guidelines and  statutory compliance for both Listed & Unlisted Public and Private Companies. Also extend legal assistance to MSMEs under the MSME Act for delayed payment recoveries.
