IN FACT MORE JUDGES ARE TO BE APPOINTED TO S C, AS THE JUDGES THERE ARE OVER LOADED YET THEY CANNOT MAKE ANY BAD JUDGEMENTS, SO LET THE GOVT BE HUMAN IF IT REALLY HONORS HUMAN RIGHTS, EVEN JUDGES NEED HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION PLEASE!

In my own view , the appointment of Justice S.J.Mukhopadhaya as a judge in Supreme Court is not justifiable. I have personal experience with them in a case matter that they passes order avoiding the legal principals of statute/ laws and imposing their own values , own perceptions , like and dislikes which are not acceptable in law.
