This course on the Indian Penal Code by Adv. Raghav Arora - Managing Editor at LAWyersClubIndia will be one of its kind. Reasons:
The course shall be highly beneficial for:
The Indian Penal Code is one of the most important subjects for any lawyer to have a command on. It is right from where each and every legal proceeding starts when the police officers fill the standard FIR format and place the relevant provisions of the Code on the paper according to the facts of the case before the police, and where ultimately every case ends that is when the Courts of Law/Judges give their decision in a case based on the fact whether the ingredients of a crime as suggested by the IPC have been complied with and proved by the prosecution.
The Indian Penal Code is also important because the subject is the basics of Criminal law and until you don't have your roots strong enough, your growth will be stunted, no matter how well you are at your procedures. The IPC provides a criminal lawyer with the direction to be pursued and applied procedure to and if that goes wrong, the whole procedure goes wrong and can lead your efforts to succumb to technical irregularities and insufficiency.
Along with the IPC, if one knows the CrPC and Evidence Act well, the sky's the limit for his/her success and there shall be no case that the person cannot crack. And don't worry we have got you covered here as well. Mr. Arora's and many others' Guru - Gyan Shukla Sir have done amazing in-depth lectures on the CrPC and the Evidence Act for those who want to master the provisions of the two subjects upside down.
So keep no doubt about the relevance of this subject and take up the three subjects right now!!
LAWyersClubIndia will provide every participant with
