I Am A Senior Lawyer in the Cuttack and Kolkata High Court With Extensive Experience In Civil, Criminal, Taxation And Arbitration Matters. I do have an Independent Practice and Have Done LLM and LLB from Mayurbhanj Law College and currently also pursuing my Ph.D. In Law from NUJS, Kolkata. I Have more than 1000 cases under my belt.
I am currently an empaneled of Indian Railways, State Bank of India[SBI},United Bank of India[UBI},Axis Bank and ICICI Bank and Odisha State Tribal Development Council[TDCC].Apart from this, I am also with Oriental Insurance and National Insurance Company at Kolkata. I am also an expert in matters of Corporate Taxation, Civil and Criminal Disputes and do an In depth analysis of each case on Civil and Criminal matters .My success rate is more than 99% amongst all cases handled till date with more than 35 cases also including some environment matters argued successfully in front of a Constitutional bench of the Indian Supreme Court at Tilak Marg, New Delhi.
I have my own NGO and my motto is to serve the economically weaker sections of the society in whatever capacity that I can and also want to represent India in the International Court of Justice at Hague, Netherland if possible on matters related to International and Maritime laws etc. That’s my dream.
