I am practicing advocate in the High Court of Gujarat. I am practicing Law since year 2004 effectively. In the High Court I practice on Civil as well as Criminal side. Matters which are more particularly dealt by me day in and out pertains to Writ Petitions for Enforcement of Fundamental Rights and against violation of the Statutory laws, Matters pertaining to Service Conditions, Pay-scale, Promotion, Retirement benefits etc, Labour Matters, Matters of Compensation, Matters pertaining to Securitisation Act, Recovery of Debts Due to Financial Institutions Act , Matters under Cooperative Societies Act, Matters pertaining to Education and Public Trusts, Passport, Electricity, Stamp Act, Mines and Minerals, Patent and Trademark, Right to Information Act, Motor Vehicles, Letters Patent Appeals against the decision of Single Judge etc and other miscellaneous matters. Besides this, Matters pertaining to Original Jurisdiction such as Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Company matters, Taxation Appeals and Writs, Banking Laws, Commercial and Corporate Laws, Real Estate Laws etc are also the core areas of practice. Matters pertaining to Election, Land, Town Planning, Tenancy, APMC, Relating to Financial Institutions such as GSFC, GIIC etc, Matters of Panchayat, Municipalities, Municipal Corporation, Local Bodies constituted under Special Act, Land Acquisition, Demolition, Appeals or Revision/Writ Petitions against Orders or Decree in Civil Suits passed by the Subordinate Courts etc are also being effectively handled and constitute important areas of practice. Apart from above, matters involving Criminal Side such as Bail, Detention matters, Criminal Writ Petitions, Matters pertaining to Quashing of Criminal Proceedings or FIR, Criminal Appeals, Criminal Revision Applications against the final judgment of Criminal Case etc are also taken up and practiced. I also appear before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Commission, Sale Tax/Value Added Tax Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, Company Law Board, Customs Excise Tribunal and other forums professionally, selectively and on case to case basis. Special attention is given to the matters of Hon’ble Supreme Court. Matters pertaining to Supreme Court are taken and practiced with keen interest. I also appear in Supreme Court professionally, selectively and on case to case basis. In case of necessity arranging Professional Conferences and Meetings with the Designated Senior Counsels, Advocate on Record, Engaging Senior Counsels in important matters and discussing with them the core and complex legal issues etc is also arranged, practiced to the utmost satisfaction of the client with transparency and accuracy and clients are also informed about the latest developments in the matter. Matter of other High Courts, Matters of Arbitration etc are also taken up and practiced professionally, selectively and with keen interest. Apart from litigation, Non Litigation work such as Drafting and Documentation are also my core areas of my practice. Legal Conveyancing, Legal Drafting Work, Important Representations before the Government Authorities and Statutory Bodies constituted under the Special Act, Compliance Affidavits, Preparing Deeds and Documents, Commercial Agreements and Contracts, Complaints etc which form important legal basis of litigation etc is also undertaken and practiced with core interest to the utmost satisfaction of client. Apart from that I also work professionally and on freelance basis on any legal assignments-projects, Out-Sourcing Work professionally, selectively and with sincere dedication.
