zero fir

which sections explicitly talk about zero fir

Quick Summary
Zero FIR allows you to report a cognizable offence at any police station, even if it's outside their territorial jurisdiction. The police are obligated to record your complaint and then forward it to the station that has the correct jurisdiction. This ensures that a lack of territorial jurisdiction doesn't prevent you from reporting a crime and asserting your right to justice.

Any lack of territorial jurisdiction should not prevent the police officer from recording information about the cognizable offence. After recording information forward to police station having jurisdiction where the crime have been committed.
