Respected Experts, Ex ( divorced) wife has been filing case after case against Ex Husband and his family members. Fortunately all the cases have been decreed to be false. Recently Ex wife filed a police complaint of a theft where she has given the name of Ex Husband as prime suspect. Police investigated the matter and found to be false (making) and hence no case was registered. Now the Ex wife has filed a petition before the JMFC about this case and JMFC has asked for the case diary from police. Kindly advise as to what is going to happen now? Any precaution to be taken so that Ex Husband doesnot get falsely implicated. Regards.
