x party divorce

my divorce case is going to final in xparty manner. my wife has put on me DV cases(three case--) 1) will this xparty divorce valid????????????? 2) after xparty divorce all DV case will run as it is or will be cancelled. 3) if my wife put applicaton against my xparty after 90 day period then have any chance to cancel divorce decree..... urgent replies thanks

For 1 - If the other party do not appeal ex Party decree in Divorce then after 90 days it becomes a final decree.

For 2 - DV is extra and over and above other cases and has not much of a bearing with Divorce Decree.

For 3 - read above para 1.
