Respected Lawyers,
I got X-party divorce after 150 days she again applied to continue the case by saying her father was not well and not able to attend the court.
Will the judge allow her petition to proceed further?
Please advice.
Is there any possibility to get a stay order on this to proceed further.

Lady will be definietly be heard by the court .It better u figh out the case.With x parte order you will not have much peace if your case is not strong.After how many days lapse did she file petition in the court against x party order.There is limit period after which the apeal is time barred.

bar period is 90 days I guess .Her application is time barred.HAVE YOU MARRIED IN THE INTERVENING PERIOD.
