Wrong plot number in registry

I have an ongoing case in magistrate court from 2 decades now. So, on registry the plot number mentioned is different from the one that I have a possession since more than 40 years now. Still not able to get it correct what should be done.

What is the nature of the case in court? is it related to your property? state the facts .

Yes, it is related to my property.
